January 10[edit]

Submitting a page.[edit]

How do I do it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Con1098 (talkcontribs) 00:20, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

When you have a suitable draft, you can submit it for AFC review by adding {{subst:submit}} to the top of the draft, but first please read the guidance at WP:Your first article. It is not wise to try to create an article until you have built up plenty of experience editing existing articles. --David Biddulph (talk) 00:32, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Doubt regrading making edits[edit]

Sir/Mam, I used to edit pages from the list Lint errors:Multi Colon Escape error. Now, after i have edited that page,it is not removing from that list. I reloaded many times but in vain. It was this page User talk:76.118.19.54 for which the list is not refreshing.Adithyak1997 (talk) 15:28, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It's always handy to give a wikilink to the page to which you refer. I guess that you mean Special:LintErrors/multi-colon-escape? If nobody here can give an answer, I would suggest asking at Wikipedia talk:WPCleaner. --David Biddulph (talk) 15:43, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Adithyak1997: I purged the user talk page, and that has cleared it from Special:LintErrors/multi-colon-escape. -- John of Reading (talk) 15:44, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Interactive Brokers[edit]

I have an edit, entitled Exposure Fee, on the Interactive Brokers page. It keeps getting deleted, despite being referenced, by the Interactive Brokers PR team. What can be done to prevent deletion of certain sections? Please let me know what actions can be taken to ensure the post remains active. — Preceding unsigned comment added by David Smith 111 (talkcontribs) 19:52, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Jytdog: see above. (((The Quixotic Potato))) (talk) 20:03, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notability policy for artwork[edit]

I am checking for guidelines on notanility for artwork (statue) and seems I can't find any. A statue that looks like a demon, has been raised in Palaio Faliro, Athens, Greece and many Christians Sects have protested. Protests have grasp headlines in all major national news outlets, and in Christian press world wide. I am wondering, is it notable or not? Or should I create an article about the reactions and not the statue...help please! Τζερόνυμο (talk) 20:33, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

That is hilarious. I would recommend adding a section about the statue to Palaio Faliro, I am not sure if the statue passes WP:GNG; see also WP:ONEEVENT (I don't understand Greek). (((The Quixotic Potato))) (talk) 20:36, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  4. Letters of the alphabet with alternatives.

b) Read the word

How would you ensure the the count continues from 1..7, with the two read written as they are. Thanks scope_creep (talk) 23:38, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

BLP violation[edit]

A section, called "Alleged Misconduct", inserted into the article about NBC News President Noah Oppenheim severely violates WP: BLP. I am an experienced Wikipedia editor but I am a paid consultant to NBC News, so as per WP: COI, I am seeking a reviewer to independently assess and make the necessary edits. A full discussion of the issues can be found at Talk:Noah_Oppenheim BC1278 (talk) 23:40, 10 January 2018 (UTC)BC1278[reply]
