Looking for a template[edit]

I'm copy editing an article and encountered a name not mentioned elsewhere in the article. I can't figure out who it is from just the last name, should I just ignore it or is there a template like {{who?}} that's actually asking who this specific person is? (Literacy#Colonialism (1600s–1762) => "Trudel", second paragraph, first sentence) ~ Argenti Aertheri^(Chat?) 00:03, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Argenti Aertheri: The end of the sentence has a reference which itself has the reference: "Trudel, Marcel. (1973). La population du Canada in 1663. Montréal: Fides." The real title says "en 1663" and not "in 1663". PrimeHunter (talk) 00:30, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Argenti Aertheri, as facts can be stated in Wikipedia's voice per WP:WIKIVOICE, I don't think Trudel's name needs to be used in the article. TSventon (talk) 01:36, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dadivank Monastery[edit]

Hello, while reading Wikipedia's article about the Dadivank Monastery, which was build in the 9th century, I found that it states, "Azerbaijan denies the monastery's Armenian religious and cultural heritage, instead falsely referring to it as a "Caucasian Albanian temple." I am completely against this being in the headlines of information about Dadivank. This monastery was build in the 9th century, while Azerbaijian was founded around 100 years ago. Please rethink how this information is relevant to include in the headlines of Dadivank Monastery's history. Dadivank was and is an Armenian Apostolic monastery. The difference is that references are citations of sources, while notes are footnotes not involving sources. Maproom (talk) 22:39, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I would opine that explanatory footnotes can optionally be sourced, but in this specific case the distinction appears to have been that the Notes were in Romanian, and the References not necessarily so. How do I insert an image?[edit]

@YoPienso: Did you take that picture yourself, with your own camera? If so, you own the copyright and you can upload it. If not, you do not own the copyritght and you are not permitted to upload it. Fortunately, there is already an image of that plaque at File:1960 Civil Rights Demonstration historical marker, Jacksonville.JPG, and you may add it to the article. -Arch dude (talk) 21:24, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
