Discussion point for an upcoming meetup. All Wikipedians (and Wikipedians-to-be) are welcome, provided you can get to Adelaide :)

Planning[edit]

See /Archive: Planning. A certain pair of Wikipedians decided to be bold and incorporate what was said in the planning stage combined with a dubious attempt at applying common sense to the specifics.

Details[edit]

  • Time: 11:30am start (one or other of us will be there before that, so don't worry about getting there alone :) )
  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • Date: 17 February 2008. Revised - 16 Feb
  • Location: Billy Baxter's (link) — 22 Rundle Mall, Adelaide CBD
    • Directions: It's easiest to get there from King William Street (i.e. at the Haigh's end of the mall). If you're there, walk into the mall. An eatery with a sign for Cibo on the top will pop up on your right within the first 20 metres. Walk in there, and Billy Baxter's is up the escalator on the first floor.
  • RSVP: 15 February 2008. Revised - 14 Feb Details below.

Roll call for attendees[edit]

Please be sure to RSVP before 1500 ACST on February 15, so numbers can be confirmed by Daniel and Riana and given to the restaurant. Those in the "Will confirm closer to the date" category will get a courtesy spam-note on February 12 as a gentle poke, to make sure no-one forgets! :)

If you do not wish to confirm your attendance or non-attendance on-Wiki for whatever reason, please email either Daniel or Riana (email links: Daniel, Riana). The emails will remain strictly confidential in nature and specifics outside these two users.
