Modified proposal[edit]
New proposal is for a meetup in Fremantle, with either walking or driving to adjacent features and a Fremantle Bridges Task Force project to improve and document previous and current bridges - at a Freopedia page...
The reason for the change in venue is the soon to be removed Fremantle road bridge. See $230 million for the Fremantle Traffic Bridge replacement project.
Current state of english wikipedia articles mention of the bridges[edit]
- Fremantle Railway Bridge (current/new and old from archival photos)
- Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle#Crossing_the_Swan_River - would be great to break out from that constraint
- Fremantle Harbour has nothing about the bridges that defined the eastern end
- There appears to be nothing about Stirling Bridge, Fremantle (unless it is hiding somewhere)
- Swan River (Western Australia)#Bridges

- Article and archival retrievals of original railway bridge
- Updated article about current railway bridge
- Article improvement of about to be demolised road bridge
- Article and archival retrievals of the original road bridge
