Alright, I gave this a quick glance...
- I made these edits myself, as per the Manual of Style, and what I thought would flow better.
- "an operation by the FBI to track down bot herder or hackers...". That strikes me as bad grammar. Maybe "to track down bot herders" or "to track down a bot herder"? Or is it supposed to be said like that?
- Same issue in The Results section.
- The Abilities of bot herders section could be changed into prose instead of point-form.
- Is there any rough dates of when this took place?
