Some points:

The managerial history is sufficiently long to be spun out into its own article at a title such as List of U.S. Città di Palermo managers
What inclusion criteria (if any) are used for the list of notable former players?
Remove any youth players who haven't played for the first team.
More citations are needed, several sections and subsections are currently completely uncited. To use the Stadium section as an example, its construction date, the renamings, the post-World Cup capacity and the deaths of the employees should all be cited.

About the inclusion criteria for notable players: there is no rigorous constraint, it is mainly a list of footballers who are best remembered by Palermo fans for what they did during their time with the club. Then, the three youth team players included in the first team squad actually played in both the UEFA Cup and the Coppa Italia this year. My concern is that the list of former players expresses the point of view of the editor(s) who added them, rather than an objective level of notability. Ideally, inclusion in the list should be linked to something like a published poll of Palermo fans, club records or some other independent measure. Oldelpaso 19:37, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
