Golden Gourami[edit]

Species?

I took this photo of one of my gouramis, but I don't know what species it is (it was sold as a "golden Gourami"). Right now it's in Trichogaster trichopterus, but I'm don't think that's right, as the markings look different. Any ideas? --Pharaoh Hound 11:38, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't know what it is either, and I don't think it would pass FP. It's a pretty good image but they seem to be very particular and would probably want something clearer, with the object more distinct from the background, and more impressive.
