Smart TVs as PC desktop[edit]

I've heard of so-called smart TVs, which can connect with and show your PC desktop, etc, but will they let you actually interact too? For instance, bring up a word doc on the Smart TV and then work on the doc with your keyyboard/ mouse? Thanks very much for any advice! 2A02:C7C:36B1:FB00:5E27:7B8E:9E5E:AFF0 (talk) 11:36, 6 August 2022 (UTC)\\||[reply]

Many TVs will display a desktop computer screen by way of HDMI cable or VGA cable. It behaves just as another screen for the computer. What ever you do on the computer can display on the TV. There are also IP based desktop screen display drivers that can show a screen remotely on another TV or device. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:49, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
