October 7[edit]

Title of Christmas Song[edit]

I once heard a Christmas song in 1996(for the sake a time reference), but never learned the name of the song or who sang it. The song contained such interesting lyrics of "I want to be a Christmas tree and drink water with my toes" and having wearing green hair. Any idea of the title or artist? Actor who looks like Mr Magoo[edit]

I was in a store in Las Vegas where I live recently and I saw an actor, most likely over 65 who has played character roles in the shows that I have seen him in. The worst part is I am totally lost as to what he has been in or what his name is. The best I can give you is that he looks kind of like Mr. Magoo with the friendly face and heavy bags under his eyes and as I said I always see him in small parts that are character actor parts. I know this is a huge long shot but any names would be helpful becuase I could look up a picture. Thanks. Perhaps it would help if you mentioned some shows you think you've seen him in, and what sort of character he played. (Better yet if you could name two movies he was in. The IMDB has a search specifically for that.) --Anonymous, 12:06 UTC, October 7, 2007.
Phil Leeds (no article) might be a candidate. Imdb features him in a lot of television episodes. This site has more on him, and a Magooish picture, sort of. ---Sluzzelin talk 05:22, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ehm, scratch that. You likely didn't see him in a store recently. He passed away nine years ago. ---Sluzzelin talk 05:25, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe Michelle did and she should have asked how Elvis was doing these days.  ;-) Dismas|(talk) 05:59, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

SNL bumpers[edit]

Are the SNL bumpers available for download on the internet somewhere? --frotht 04:54, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Popular[edit]

I remember hearing a broadway-style song themed around "popular". The singer sounds like Stephanie D'Abruzzo. Does anyone know the exact name of the song? --frotht 05:13, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind- turns out it was Kristin Chenoweth. Eerie. --frotht 05:40, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
