Educational TV in Singapore[edit]

Would anyone please confirm if there is a Educational TV broadcast in Singapore? I saw that on Prime 12 (now known as Suria) around August 1999 when my family went to Johor Bahru for school holidays. I'm trying and failing to find a complete list of Pavarotti's onstage opera performances (ie missing out arenas, galas etc). Any help? Specifically, I'm trying to find out how many times he appeared onstage in Turandot almost-instinct 12:31, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
