What is her Name ?[edit]

Try as I might, I could not find the name of the Actress who plays Roy Biggins' Receptionist at his Aeromass Counter in the TV Sitcom Wings. All I can see is that she has short red hair, but since she never appears to have any lines, she does not seem to be given a credit, unless I have missed it. Any ideas, anyone ? Thank You. You might look for pics which include her, with captions. StuRat (talk) 14:38, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Is this the woman in question: [1], or somebody else on the show ? StuRat (talk) 14:44, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Trish Monaco is listed as the uncredited "Aeromass Gal" at IMDB, but I can't seem to find a picture to compare. InedibleHulk (talk) 19:42, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You all. As for the woman in the picture with David Schramm, I am not sure this is her, as her hair is different, and her face also, even though it is the same colour. The woman I have seen looks more like Molly Ringwald did in the Not Another Teen Movie, and perhaps this other woman is in addition to the one in Question, since Roy's Airline is reasonably large, and it may be he had more than one Receptionist. Thank You all. Chris the Russian Christopher Lilly 07:03, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, looking on Google, I found a comment that the Receptionist's name was Katie, and was played by one Kathryn Wilde, who is not credited on IMDB for being on Wings, but that could simply be because she did not have any lines, and could be because she was a stand in or part of the crew, and someone commented she appeared later in Cafe Nervosa on Frasier, related to Wings through association with Cheers. Kathryn Wilde was in an Edward James Olmos show called Talent for the Game, but the pictures on Google of anyone associated with the name do not look like the one I am thinking of, with very short red hair, and she had dark red lipstick and appeared more clinical looking if that is the right word than the the Lady in the Picture with David Schramm. This actress Trish Monaco was only there up to 1993, but the lady I am thinking of is in episodes currently from 1995. Thanks Again. Any other suggestions are also welcome. The show has a wiki of its own on Wikia: [2]. Though it's not very complete. So, maybe someone who works on the content there can tell you. Dismas|(talk) 06:14, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You - I will give that a try. Chris the Russian Christopher Lilly 06:34, 21 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Quantum Leap mirror trick[edit]

On the US TV series Quantum Leap which ran from 89 to 93, how did they do the mirror trick, where Sam Beckett was looking into a mirror and the reflection was that of another person? Was Scott Bakula in front of a green screen during filming? How'd they erase the other actor's body when they stood in front of the mirror? 75.75.42.89 (talk) 23:10, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Mirror scenes are always filmed at an angle, to prevent the camera crew from showing up in the reflection - or to disguise the fact that it's not a reflection, but merely someone standing on the other side of a frame. How they did it specifically in that show, I dunno. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 01:30, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Not quite Quantum Leap, but I remember for Terminator 2, Linda Hamilton's twin sister got involved for a particularly complex mirror shot. This and this were probably just a pane of glass between the actors instead of a mirror (notice the faint reflection of Scott Bakula in the first one). This and this might have been at an angle. This was... from Twin Peaks? How'd that get there? No! No! Get back! AAAGGGHH!!! Ian.thomson (talk) 01:41, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
