Kevin de Bruyne (footballer) position question[edit]

Can Kevin de Bruyne be called a winger ? 223.191.32.7 (talk) 14:35, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia has information at Midfielder#Winger. You can compare what it says about the position and compare it to his role in the game. --Jayron32 15:45, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hardly scientific, but notable that there aren't many websites/articles which call him a winger and many which do are referring to him as sometimes a winger or formerly a winger. https://google.com/search?q=kevin+de+bruyne+winger&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB809GB809&oq=kevin+de+bruyne+winger&aqs=chrome.0.0l2.11224j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 51.9.77.129 (talk) 04:52, 26 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Does the bowling crease do anything?[edit]

The article only says that it used to be there to punish bowlers who put both feet in front of the stumps too soon. Sagittarian Milky Way (talk) 15:39, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It's just a line of paint or chalk on the ground, so what it does is just be a white stripe on the ground. It marks the line through which the wickets are placed; but otherwise does not restrain the bowler. The rules only say that he has to stay behind the more forward popping crease, and between the center wicket and the return crease on the same side as the bowler delivers from. See here, law 7 and 21 have the relevant information. --Jayron32 15:54, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I can't make it work. Just post the real link. Everyone else does. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 17:51, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Baseball Bugs: Have a carrot. Still, I've got no idea what it is in any case. "Nice Hair"  :) ——SerialNumber54129 17:56, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Serial Number 54129:: it is a announcement and players search of a Italian tv quiz/game of years ‘80. --5.169.208.144 (talk) 18:00, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Many thanks, 144. That would explain the hair  :) ——SerialNumber54129 18:02, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Anyway, I need to identify the background music :-) --158.148.98.77 (talk) 18:47, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I think it's actually the film score you can hear toward the end of Visconti's Bellissima, a film in which young Corrado Mantoni actually played a minor part (the radio announcer). Franco Mannino who composed the score drew from the opera L'elisir d'amore by Donizetti. ---Sluzzelin talk 19:52, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No Such thing as a fish missing episodes[edit]

Is there an official reason why episodes 2 to 52 are missing from You Tube? The audio tells you to visit the home page. I done that and can't find them. (78.17.75.220 (talk) 23:47, 22 August 2019 (UTC))[reply]

Sorry, but there's no way for us to know the answer to your question. Wikipedia has no control over what is posted to YouTube. Our article says that this is a podcast and also gives a link to their official website, which may be helpful to you.--Thomprod (talk) 13:44, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Try the official "Podcasts" app on any iDevice and/or iTunes. Youtube works in mysterious ways. The website lists Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify, AudioBoom, iHeart, TuneIn, and Deezer. Poveglia (talk) 21:43, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Google play is the only app I have. It gives the price in my currency, which is good.(78.17.75.220 (talk) 14:49, 24 August 2019 (UTC))[reply]
