November 11[edit]

the orphans' parents[edit]

After watching the conclusion of A Series of Unfortunate Events (Netflix), I am scratching my head. In the first season, the Baudelaire parents are shown in several quick scenes urgently trying to get home from (iirc) Peru. In the middle season, Jacques Snicket says he has found evidence that one of them survived the fire. In the final season, nothing? Did I miss something? Is the indeterminacy of their fate part of the gag? —Tamfang (talk) 07:08, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Tamfang, I am also a fan of ASOUE. SPOILERS: The parents pictured are actually the Quagmire parents. They were killed (as far as we know) in the final episode of Season 1. I hope I answered your question! Dswitz10734 (talk) 00:42, 13 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

P.S.- I drafted an article you might find interesting: Draft:VFD (A Series Of Unfortunate Events)
