Translation request: Hungarian to English[edit]

Hi everyone, I recently played a Half-Life-based game (modification) called "Mistake", and during the game I encountered (and I also found within the internal game files) a few messages that had been written in the Hungarian language. I don't read Hungarian, so I'd like to ask graciously if anyone could help me translate the messages into English. I had tried using Translate.com, but some of the messages were in what appeared to be cursive handwriting, and combined with my lack of familiarity with Hungarian orthography I didn't think I could transcribe them correctly for the site. In addition, some of the Translate.com outputs appear garbled or still contain untranslated words.
For context, the premise of the game is that the player character is a mental asylum patient who has hallucinations (and possibly flashbacks); one night, he wakes up to find that the asylum is abandoned, and tries to escape.

  • Context: This note appears on the main menu screen of the game.

2. [2]

  • Context: This note appears on the floor of a small storage room. The storage room also contains a few boxes, some of them marked as containing baby carrots. There are also blood spatters around the walls and floor.
  • Additionally, at the end of the game, the player gets a view of a table, with this same note placed on the table. Placed beside the note is what looks like a status report about the player character, but everything except the player character's name is blacked out; the word "MISSING" (in English) is stamped on the report's cover page.

3. [3]

  • Context: This sign appears just beside the entrance to a room, along with another sign that says "Administrator" (in English). The ceiling, walls, and floor of the room are completely covered in blood, and a dead body is hanging by the neck from the ceiling of the room.

4. [4]

  • Context: Not encountered during gameplay; the image was found in the game's internal files, so it may not have anything to do with the final game.
  • Translate.com gives: "Minor changes had to be made in the kitchen. The old sokszázas crowd was left in the company úgydöntöttünk back that will be smaller and use the rest of the rooms location. A knife félreraktam myself on one of the racks in your account. See if I'll need it. Things are happening here. '87. 05. 03."
    • The player does encounter a dining room in the game, and picks up a knife on one of the counters in the dining room.

  • Context: Not encountered during gameplay; the image was found in the game's internal files, so it may not have anything to do with the final game.
  • Translate.com gives (is "könvytárban [sic]" supposed to be "könyvtárban"?): "The library is stored in the Red Book of the truth, there you should search for the answers. The questions may be for everyone. Try your best to quietly read do not disturb others if possible."
    • Not sure what this has to do with the game; a few bookshelves are encountered during the game, but they're inconspicuous, and there exist no obvious references to any "Red Book" or any book with "answers" in the game.

  • Context: Not encountered during gameplay; the image was found in the game's internal files, so it may not have anything to do with the final game.
  • Translate.com gives: "You are now a little kimenőt, megviselhetett in the past 12 years. Not everyone has such a special opportunity just like you. This space between the hospitality. Everyone will experience one of the inmates to"
    • Not sure what this has to do with the game.

  • Translate.com couldn't understand most of the words.

I telephoned John Cleese and he translated as follows: "My hovercraft is full of eels"... Captainbeefart (talk) 12:16, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
