In the field of social network analysis (SNA), what is "MICMAC Cross Impact Analysis"?[edit]

MICMAC seems to stand for "Matrix d'Impacts croises-multiplication applique' an classment" (Cross-impact matrix multiplication applied to classification) ([1] p. 10) if that helps.
