I am trying to find out what Government Department SARS falls under and who is the CEO (or Top Official) of SARS. Thank you

I assume Commissioner Oupa Magashula is the top official. http://www.sars.gov.za/home.asp?pid=341 talks about advising the Commissioner and the Minister of Finance, so I would assume it comes under the Finance Ministry. I had a withdraw from my account and I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called my bank to find out where this withdrawal came from. I suspect, based on your question, that you found one of our over 4 million articles and thought we were affiliated in some way with that subject. There's not much we can do to help here at Wikipedia. However, note that the company names are often rather cryptic on statements. You might get gas at a Sunoco, and it might be listed as "XYZ Industries", with that being the name of corporation formed by the owner of that particular gas station, even though that name is not displayed anywhere at the actual gas station. If it really is a fraudulent charge, your bank/credit card company can remove the charge, cancel the card, and issue a new card, as long as you contact them immediately. When will State Highway 210 become Interstate 210[edit]

I hear on Route 210 then eastern portion of San Dimas is still SR 210, until when can SR 210 become I-210. Is it because the construction on SR 210 and I-215 interchange. Did SR 210 and I-215 finish construction yet, if it is still in progress of construction when will it finish? After SR 210 and I-215 interchange finishes construction, will I-210 be allowed to replace SR 210?--69.228.25.10 (talk) 22:27, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

welll the very article you linked to quite clear gives a date when construction of the interchange was completed. It also mentions that Caltrans is expected to petition for the entire highway to be designated I210 altho this is unsourced and it's possible they've dome so by now.
