Originally, the Notes and Ideas development phase was created by creator/editor/management Thegooduser, beginning with the November 2018 issue, to develop notes and ideas for the upcoming issue while it was in the works. However, later in the development of that issue supporting editor PorkchopGMX created the Draft development phase, which was the part where the actual issue was developed. It would be transferred after Notes and Ideas completed its phase. However, in the next issue, comments from Thegooduser would be left about the development. A little bit of the issue was developed there, but most of the work was in the Draft phase. The next issue, the Notes and Ideas phase would be skipped entirely, instead all work was in the Draft phase. Soon, before the publication of the January 2019 issue, the Notes and Ideas phase was made historical.
