Her trial had lasted since October last year and she was found guilty of murdering seven infants and attempting to murder six more between 2015 and 2016. Letby's methods included injecting her victims with air or insulin, overfeeding them and physically assaulting them.
8 Oppenheimer (film) 1,020,356 Christopher Nolan's biopic crossed the $700 million mark at the worldwide box office, and then became the fourth-biggest R-rated film worldwide, surpassing a scarier film and a 20-year old sequel.
9 Blue Beetle (film) 1,007,628 With the DC Universe set to be rebooted, another film in the old universe has disappointed at the box office despite getting positive reviews from critics. While it looks unlikely, the studio will hope that they won't have to suffer another loss, especially after their previous one, which starred a controversial actor (that just hit HBO Max for those who skipped it in theaters). After all, there's only so much loss that #24 can offset for the studio.
