Namely, the family of South Carolina attorneys chronicled in Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal, who have been the subject of multiple investigations involving wrongful death, murder, corruption, and other alleged crimes, and the show gives most focus to one Murdaugh causing the death of a woman in a boating accident and his eventual murder, along with his mother, for which his father was found guilty (#10).
