Interest of the translation: The french article on this was recently created. It's pretty good, and contains a lot of facts that the english article doesn't.
Interest of the translation: Ricky King is an internationally known German musician, famed for his work on Electric Guitar. He has a base article on the de.wikipedia as he is notable there, and his work is also known in the UK and US. I feel that as an award winning musician with a lot of charting material in Europe, he would qualify for an article here at en.wikipedia.
Comment: The article is very short in Japanese. Translating into English would create the first English language article concerning this topic. Information on the topic could be expanded later with further research, which will hopefully lead to further translations into other languages in future.
