Brain tumors have surpassed leukemia as the most common type of childhood cancer death (in the U.S.), yet few resources exist for parents and teachers who want to share the human side of the condition. This featured list is almost certainly the most complete compilation of its kind: two leading brain tumor charities requested an earlier version (prior to its genesis as a Wikipedia page) and later distributed excerpts from it in their public literature.
