Wikipedia:WRFW:Management department is the management department of the WikiProject recruitment for WikiProjects. The management department will choose WikiProjects for recruitment and manage the recruitment in order to make it more successful.

Testcase

Wikipedia:WikiProject Food and drink has been chosen as a testcase, being the first WikiProject that will be managed for recruitment. Main goal will be to get the recruitment project started and to expand this project, by requiring new members. Another goal is to establish a methodology in managing and recruiting.

Orientation phase

During this phase, there will be an orientation of WikiProject Food and drink. Possible tasks could be:

• Communicating with the active participants of WikiProject Food and drink to ask them wether they need new recruits and for which tasks they are needed.
• Determining wether new recruits can focus themselves on new tasks within WikiProject Food and drink.
