Wikipedia:WikiProject Bendigo

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This WikiProject is a collaboration of project participants to create, expand, and organise articles relating to the city of Bendigo. So far, this project page isn't much to look at; originally, it was created as a waypoint for a few friends to expand pages related to their city. However, the project is now attempting to branch out, and new members are more than welcome to join.

Goals[edit]

  • Improve the quality of pages related to Bendigo (most of them are stub articles, so this is a must!)
  • Create pages related to Bendigo

To do[edit]

  1. Recruit fifteen participants for the project
  2. Promote the Bendigo page to good article status
  3. Possibly expand/work on/improve page on Linda Beilharz
  4. Expand the suburb of Bendigo article – it's the city's centre, yet it's still only a stub article!
  5. Add more images/photos to pages related to Bendigo
  6. Expand pages related to Suburbs and Localities of Bendigo
    • Flora/Vegetation
    • Geology
    • Climate
    • Demographics
  7. Create and expand pages about geographical features such as:
    • Mountains
    • Mines
  8. Tag all Bendigo-related pages with the talk page banner, found at Template:WikiProject Bendigo
