Welcome to the WikiProject College Football Hall of Fame work page! This page is a living-working document containing lists of all outstanding tasks that need to be completed for the purpose of bringing up the quality of pages on Wikipedia about members of the College Football Hall of Fame.

Anyone is welcome to join in--you don't have to be a member of the College Football Project (but we do invite you to join).

Purpose

The purpose of this page is to assist in creation, cleanup, and enhancement of Wikipedia articles about members of the College Football Hall of Fame (HOF). The ultimate goal is to bring up the quality of all artcles related to the HOF.

Primary steps

1. Verify that all list articles of members are current and are properly listed in the category College Football Hall of Fame inductees
   1. Lists of College Football Hall of Fame inductees (split into the three below)
   2. List of College Football Hall of Fame inductees (players, A–K)
   3. List of College Football Hall of Fame inductees (players, L–Z)
   4. List of College Football Hall of Fame inductees (coaches)
2. Create a list of any articles that have achieved Featured Article or Good Article status to help editors. Use as a model to create a checklist of standard items articles need (infobox, navbox, photos, date of birth, W/L record, etc.)

3. Identify any missing articles of players and/or coaches as well as any other articles that could advance the cleanup drive
4. Create a way to group articles by class/quality (stub, start, ... FA)
5. Ask editors to pitch in
   1. Identify editors to ask to join
   2. Create welcoming templates that generate enthusiasm Done
   3. Make announcements on the project page Done
6. Identify good sources of standardized online information to assist editors with research
7. Edit away!
