This project exists to document the culture, history, and genetics of the people of Dardistan.
This project acknowledges that the region historically referred to as Dardistan is linguistically and ethnically diverse, and that no group refers to themselves as "Dards". However, the historical term covering the geographical adjacency of these diverse peoples allows for focused rather than divided efforts.
