  • I-181 (TN) elimination removed from agenda, as it cannot happen until I-26 is complete to Interstate standards
  • I-181 (TN) renumbering as I-26 from I-81 north to US 11 in Kingsport denied as the FHWA does not concur, and there is no evidence of a planned extension
  • Interstate 40 Business (Kingman, Arizona) removed
  • Interstate 44 Business (Pacific, Missouri) extended, from I-44 Business and South Outer Road west on South Outer Road to I-44 in Gray Summit
  • I-44 moved in Oklahoma, from I-44/US 412 east of Tulsa east on US 412 to Will Rogers Turnpike and north to I-44 southwest of Claremore
