The course addresses cultural and structural factors affecting the meanings and experiences of gender, including an understanding the inequalities connected with definitions of sex and gender.

For this assignment students will expand in groups underdeveloped entries for women or queer individuals. They will then research potential factors at play in the careers of these individuals.
