This course covers female biblical characters and the impact that biblical texts have had open women today. We will be reading biblical texts as well as female biblical scholars throughout this semester. This Wikipedia assignment has the goal of reducing the gender disparity found on the internet in terms of biblical studies. Students will be encouraged to create/edit articles about female biblical scholars as well as topics pertaining to women and the bible.
