The equation lacks the critical variable of "c" which is how crazy is the editor against whom the admin action was taken. The c-factor multiplies the vitriol in a similar way as the speed of light does in Einstein's famous equation.:-)--Alabamaboy 10:31, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's probably covered by "G", which is in need of a subformula to describe it. Thanks, Luc "Somethingorother" French 11:40, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. Ticking off a crazy user does not, by itself, affect controversy level that much. Circeus 21:08, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Um... you guys do know that the 'i' is irrelevant, it does not matter if the user is sane or insane. If the user is insane it is equal to 1. 1^4 = 1. If they are sane, then its i^4, which is also equal to 1. So all in all, thats a pointless variable :P —— Eagle101Need help? 03:43, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I assume that it's a scale, not just two extremes, with values of x + (1 - x)i, where 0 >= x >= 1... okay, the imaginary number is a cute idea, but it doesn't work :) GracenotesT § 06:05, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I couldn't make sense of the 'i' bit, so I removed it. Thanks, Luc "Somethingorother" French 07:33, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
