Thinking out loud[edit]

So I really love this idea, so I was thinking of how we could implement it. What I was thinking was we could have a Current requests section under the list of reviewers where the FL Director can place nominations that s/he feels need more reviews. This would allow every volunteer to just have this page on their watchlist to see when they are needed, and it also allows for every volunteer to be notified without having to go directly to their talk page.
