Opening of project[edit]

I have been observing the development of the Philosophy article for the last 3 months, as well as the featured articles, inorder to get at the heart of the matter of what and how we come to arrive at Quality in the context of Encyclopedic Standards or the process of creating quality artilces. I will make some tentative proposals in regards to this, that I hope will move this project forward. These may sound lame, but I hope they help somehow in laying a foundation.

1. quality is an attribute or property of something (this is intended to be practical rather than deeply metaphysical)

2. people either have an ability to recognize it, or an ability to acquire the ability to recognize it, or they don't

Definitions of Quality Manangement[edit]
