Possible event dates[edit]

I'm looking at my calendar and I'm seeing Nov 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, and 30th are all on weekends. I don't think it's necessary to do this on a weekday, but it's a possibility. Thanksgiving is on the 28th, so I think that rules out the 22-30th. Thoughts?--v/r - TP 23:31, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Budget[edit]

I'm looking at $300 towards 20 WMF t-shirts ordered from the WMF store. Perhaps $50 toward stationary and supplies, and $200 towards food and drinks. If we need to have our own Wifi hotspot, that could cost around $200. Banner and signs could cost upwards of $200-$500.--v/r - TP 23:31, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Don't forget power strips, otherwise people will isolate themselves near power outlets and not make the personal connections that grease the wheels of collaboration. —Neotarf (talk) 23:46, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
