Concerning the disagreement about the length of individual reassessment, the "typically one week" is not part of the guidelines, but a suggestion in a message template which I hadn't noticed before. I believe it is unhelpful instruction creep and have removed it. It is important to give time for article editors to respond and address reviewer concerns, but the decision about when to close the reassessment and delist if appropriate is a matter for reviewer judgement.
