Ambiguous title[edit]

Is the "Spam list" supposed to be for people who wish to be contacted, or people who want to block it as spam? The heading strongly indicates it is a black list of people who want to block messages. But the text description indicates just the opposite. Which is it?--Gronk Oz (talk) 03:13, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
