Most of Gray's anatomy has been added to the commons and to Wikipedia - work is mostly left in making sure everything is copied. If you would like to take on making a list of the works left that is the main priority of this project.
Gray's Anatomy is an incredible public domain resource for both text and images. Help gather together this treasure trove of information and integrate it into Wikipedia!
Wikipedia:WikiProject Anatomy/List of subjects in Gray's Anatomy holds a list of lists that needs major link repair before they can be moved into article space. Each article, created in 2006, is a word-for-word copy of the index of the 1918 version of Gray's Anatomy.
When the pages were created, each entry was simply wikilinked as is. For instance, the last entry should link to Superficial epigastric artery, but that wasn't done - it's just a link to the disambiguation page superficial. And of course a wikilink to peculiarities of makes no sense at all.
In their current form, these articles are basically worthless. The project needs someone to go through the wikilinks in these lists and give them meaningful targets.
5 on borders ([4]) under our scope. There is no reason that these need to be separate articles, and these could be merrily integrated into 'relations' or comparative sections in the parent articles.
Goal: Add relevant hatnotes and reduce duplication of content between articles
There are several sets of articles that have developed but, unaware of other related articles, contain significant duplications and lack appropriate hatnotes, impacting on readability and accuracy of information

Articles on muscle terminology and bone terminology are often very poor, and are unlikely to be expanded, as they are merely dictionary entries (eg Agonist / Antagonist, ...)
Articles on bones are not only in poor shape, but often contain lists and exist in an ambiguous state between articles and disambiguation pages.
These articles would benefit from either being standardised or, as with our terms of motion articles, collated into a larger page that not only provides context, but allows a central place for all that editing to occur.
There are some topics in anatomy with either a very sequential structure or very closely linked. Many of these topics do not relate to fixed anatomical structures (such as bones or nerves) but concepts (such as epithelium or terminology). It would be very useful to readers if these topics were presented in an easy-to-access, immediate fashion.
Goal: bring GIT viscera-related articles in line with the new WP:MEDMOS#Anatomy guidelines, structure, source, and remove extraneous images, bring to C class. Remove all lists.
Intended duration: less than three months (before March 2014)
