Tasks for WikiProject EastEnders:

List[edit]

I think it's worth keeping this page here, but I think it should be just for our records, and therefore a simple list of every resident for each house, with the years or dates they lived there, would be quite helpful, and we should just delete the prose. Thoughts? (Is anyone else actually watching this page?) AnemoneProjectors (talk) 13:08, 19 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I was just coming here to ask why it is still here. But yes a list makes sense for our own reference.GunGagdinMoan 16:30, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's a shame the person who edits the page doesn't read this and deletes people when they leave a residence. I found it helpful today when Darren Miller's article was updated to say he moved from 3a to 18 Albert Square - I came here to find out who lives at number 18 and it's obviously not Darren. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:34, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

well i edit this page sometimes but i dont delete them when they move out of a housebrian moore (talk) 21:05, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I dont think past ones need to be removed. It's good to have a record just in case false info gets added anywhere. We just need to make it a list and removed the lengthy prose.GunGagdinMoan 21:09, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Brian, I mean the names get removed from the tables, rather than the prose. We should get rid of the prose and expand the tables to include every resident with the dates they lived there. Get rid of the actors' names - that's not important! AnemoneProjectors (talk) 21:50, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ok sorry i thought i was doing it right i wont make that mistake againbrian moore (talk) 22:57, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You haven't done anything wrong, we're just discussing what to do with this page. It's a subpage of the project so doesn't have to read like an article. We can therefore use it for our own reference and for that reason it would be better to just have the tables but list every character that ever lived there. Feel free to carry on making changes but it would be helpful if we don't remove characters from the tables after they move house :) AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:14, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Am if u want me to take care of this project I would be happy to:)brian moore (talk) 00:31, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Could you do the whole page the same as how I did 1b Albert Square (only with all the dates filled in)? It would be a really good reference for members of the Wikiproject. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 00:36, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What happened?[edit]

What happened to keeping this as a historical record of everyone who's lived in each address? I did it for 1b Albert Square but it was changed back. This page is not a Wikipedia article, it is for reference only for the Wikiproject, hence it being a subpage of the project. Once every address has a complete list of everyone who's been there, the text can go as there's no need for it. As I previously said, when someone moves out, they shouldn't be removed from an address because it's a historical record of everyone. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 19:51, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

you should not have removed any of the text, the text should be there for all the houses it should be restored and the characters currently living in the houses/flats should be included in the lists Brianwazere 23:19, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

There's no need for the text as it's purely for WikiProject EastEnders reference, it's not a Wikipedia mainspace article. It's just for reference so we can look up who has lived somewhere. I used it today to find out who lived at 89b George Street, which is when I discovered the previous residents had been removed. It should also only include permenent residents, not people who visited for a week or something like that. I only changed 1b Albert Square and didn't remove any characters currently living there. Sam Mitchell[edit]

what is the flat that Sam is living in,im presuming its 41 Victoria court the one hat Minty used to manage, but im not 100% sure, does anybody know??

According to Digital Spy (I think) it's the flat under the Doctor's Surgery, but I thought the bottom flat was the surgery, so I don't know. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:19, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps its number 1c where lofty halloway used to live i would imagine that flat would be under 1a or the doctors surgeryBrianwazere 22:24, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

I guess 1a is the ground floor, 1b the 1st floor and 1c is the basement. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:29, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ya i suppose that means shes in 1c Brianwazere 22:32, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

But according to this page, 1a is the basement flat, which is the surgery. So I'm not so sure. Someone said it was the flat she stayed in after she lost all the businesses to Den Watts. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:54, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

is that the flat were she hide the murder weapon from dens death in the cuburt??

Ah, when she hid the doorstop under her sink? That was a basement flat, I remember it! AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:27, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That would be 91 George Street. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:28, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh so thats a differant one again haha

I checked on digital spy,its 91 george street he same one she lived in 2005 with minty after being kicked out by andy hunter

Cool. I don't know why I thought I read it was under the doctor's. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:52, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

27 Albert Square[edit]

Didnt Archie say before he was killed that Billy could have the house for him and and Jay but it was left to Roxy, will Billy and Jay still live here and will the rest of them move back to the Vic?? Brianwazere 23:04, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

Yes Archie said they could have it, because he thought he would be living in the Vic and wouldn't need the house. Where Billy and Jay lives now remains to be seen. And in fact, Roxy, Ronnie, Peggy, Phil and Ben. We haven't seen anyone move yet, so we'll have to wait for next week. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:17, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

source[edit]

[1] though looks like they got most of their info from us!!! We should be paid.GunGagdinMoan 17:30, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If it's copied from Wikipedia then it's ok to use it as an external link but not as a reference. Same as the BBC's list of BMDs, other than the episode dates, it looks like a lot of the deaths were copied from us. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:49, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

55 Albert Square[edit]

In last night's ep Phill told Shirley, that he had bought No. 55, But who owned it does anyone know?? And why is it not on the list??

217.28.12.217 (talk) 14:55, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unknown people who never appeared as characters, probably. AnemoneProjectors 16:06, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's 55 Victoria Road, not 55 Albert Square, where Ian used to live. AnemoneProjectors 21:48, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Project --> Article[edit]

How can I make this project page into an article? --#Soaper1234 (talk) 20:46, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't if I were you. It's purely, 100%, in-universe. Where characters live is unlikely to have any real-world commentary. It used to be an article but was deleted per AFD in 2009 (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of residences in EastEnders). It's only kept here for reference. –AnemoneProjectors– 21:34, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

What house do Sadie & Jake live in?[edit]

I'd like to update this, anyone know? Bleaney (talk) 21:38, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

43 Albert Square according to the website. –AnemoneProjectors– 14:58, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, does that mean it's not flats anymore? –AnemoneProjectors– 14:59, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you read it, it says that 43 went from 3 flats to 2. One with an upstairs and one without. Sadie lives in 43b - the one with the upstairs. (The upstairs used to be 43c).--#Soaper1234 (talk) 11:35, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Read it? Does anyone actually read this? Why do we even have it? –AnemoneProjectors– 17:21, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Where does Kirsty live?[edit]

Dexter has moved in with Cora and co - but where is Kirsty now? –AnemoneProjectors– 17:50, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
