Checking the English traduction of ITEM it should be important to take account in English the sense of this word in Spanish. Pyramids

I have a question about the pyramids I'm hoping someone can help answer. Obviousley there are different theories on how they were construsted, one involving the cutting of giant stones using brass tools and then dregging the stones across the land, up ramps on rollers with cattle like animals... I think it could be much more simple, could they have made the bricks/stone and set them up there as it would have been much easier to get all of the materials to where they needed, opposed to carting huge stones. Foresight or incorrect date
