Table section of the MoS[edit]

This section is still blank. Erik's leaving seems to have halted our updating of the MoS. Per Wikipedia_talk:Manual_of_Style_(film)/Archive_6#Tables, Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Films/Style_guidelines/Archive_2#Cast_lists, Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Films/Archive_20#Cast_section, and Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Films/Archive_26#Tables_in_casts, we established the consensus that a cast list should not be in table format, which I've added in short form to the Cast section for now[1], but what about other tables? As I recall, the intention was that the section would clarify when it was and was not appropriate to use a table. In most film articles, there shouldn't be a table, however with articles with a large award/nomination/accolade list, a table may be appropriate. Was there any other situation where a table might be appropriate or where we've had issues with tables being used inappropriately that we should clarify? -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 17:13, 20 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
