NWSL Amateur Players

Hi folks- Is there a consensus on whether appearing in a regular-season NWSL match while not under contract as a pro (amateur call-ups while National Team players are away) is sufficient to pass WP:NFOOTY? I know a contract without an appearance doesn't count, but wasn't sure about the reverse. I was looking through this Women in Red list for names (and sources) for future articles, and found a bunch of players in this situation who have pages on the German wiki. I've never made an article, and most of these would probably be stuck at abandoned stubs forever on here, but it seems like there could be a "list of amateur players to get nwsl minutes" page? I think it is important that these players get documented somehow. Here's my half-cited list, with links to the German wiki:

Thanks for any advice/information! Cleancutkid (talk) 03:44, 21 May 2017 (UTC)

N:FOOTY states players in NWSL "included" aka get an automatic pass. Per WP:GNG and WP:SPORTCRIT, I would recommend including secondary sources. Hmlarson (talk) 16:56, 21 May 2017 (UTC)
