Wikipedia servers will be read-only for a short time twice this month

In case you haven't seen this notice anywhere else: Wikimedia has a new backup data center in Dallas. Because of planned work on this, you will be able to read but not edit the wikis for a short period of time on both 19 April and 21 April. @Miniapolis: I didn't fix it, I just made the section by hand in Wikicode. For future blitzes, though, this is a bug to put into phabricator. Better done, I think, by someone who works on GOCE (like you ;-) than someone who just pops in occasionally (like me), eh?
