This template/design was failing badly in narrow windows (and I assume tablets/smartphones).

Hello. The image had an enormous black border so I reverted it back to the version that has no border. However, there are now issues with the talk/edit/history tabs on Wikipedia:Good_lede. If anyone is so kind to have a look at this and possibly fix it. I am currently working on another wiki site, so I don't have the required time for this.
