Why no link?[edit]

I am wandering why these encyclopedias are not being linked in the table. They are: Encarta, Encyclopedia Britannica 2004, Hutchinson, Encyclopedia of Modern Jewish Culture and Weisstein Science Encylopedia. Does this mean these encyclopedia within Wikipedia has no Wikiproject pages? --Siva1979Talk to me 19:24, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder too :) Hopefully somebody knows the answer this time around. Voorlandt 08:13, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since nobody seems to know I assume these projects have either been finished or abandoned, so I removed them. Please only put them back with an appropriate wikipedia link. Voorlandt 19:37, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the late reply back. I don't edit nearly as much as I used/would like to. The above listed projects were direct copies of the index of another encyclopedia which is a violation of copyright. To remove any risk all the encyclopedias were compiled into a "Hotlist" which still now exists. The original project pages with the copyrighted lists were deleted. There was a great deal of work verifying the links in each of the encyclopedias including Encarta, which was about 90% done before it was consolidated into the hotlist. I kept the projects there for posterity and to boost the number of links removed. It does not need to be there now. --Reflex Reaction (talk)• 16:08, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
