From Poor's 1904:

[?] of a contract dated Feb. 3, [1903] [?] Columbia and Puget Sound R.R. Co. agrees [?] the Northern Pacific Ry. Co. right of [?] and side tracks, betwen Argo and [?] of Fourth Avenue and King Street, [?] exchange for right of way, main track, [?] terminal grounds, between Argo and [?] via Colorado Street. The exchange is [?] advantageous and affords the Columbia and Puget Sound R.R. Co. direct connection with all its [?] property, including the new shops and [?]ated at Dearborn Street.
