Proposed page move: Andre Stitt > André Stitt[edit]

Unless anyone has any objections, I propose to move this page so that its title is corrected to 'André Stitt'. This is the correct spelling of the page subject's name, as given on his own website (http://www.andrestitt.com/). I'll also make any necessary corrections in the article text as well. alchemagenta 10:52, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Performance Art[edit]

I restructured the article Performance Art, exchanging not so referenced text against clearly referenced text, added more relevant content, and cleaned out redundant essayistic talk. In the discussion page I tell, how I would continue to develop the article. I like joint work, and though I tell my opinion, I do not believe that my way is the only way. Lets work togehter, to bring that central article to a higher level. Actually it only speaks about performance art that happened more than 20 years ago. I do not want performance artists or their fans to drop names in the article, we need material from known secondary sources, like catalogs and books of art critics, to say something about the last 20 years. The last works of Marina Abramovic must be mentioned and maybe at least a word or a half about Matthew Barney would be appropriate. Furthermore the article is US-centric. I might add european scene history occasionally, and a bit about performance art from asean regions. If you are faster, I am happy.--fluss (talk) 12:21, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
