The 1954 Grambling Tigers football team represented Grambling College (now known as Grambling State University) as a member of the Midwest Athletic Association (MAA) during the 1954 college football season. Led by 12th-year head coach Eddie Robinson, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 4–3–2 and a mark of 1–0–1 in conference play.
