Final round

[edit]

The final round was hosted in Trinidad and Tobago.[1]

On 22 June 2014, CFU announced that Jamaica would also receive a bye to the Second round,[1] however four days later CONCACAF published that the second-best ranked runner-up would be taking part in the Second round.[2]

The groups and resulting fixtures were changed at a later date. Antigua and Barbuda were removed and Saint Kitts and Nevis added (no explanation given).[3] The top two from each group advanced to the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.
