Camila Osorio defeated Marie Bouzková in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–5) to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Copa Colsanitas. It was her second title at her home event, after 2021.

Tatjana Maria was the two-time defending champion,[1] but lost to Osorio in the quarterfinals.
