Abdel-Sanad Yamama

Abdel-Sanad Yamama (Arabic: عبد السند يمامة; born 1951 or 1952) is an Egyptian politician, lawyer and professor of international law who is the leader of the Egyptian Wafd Party.[1]

Career[edit]

Yamama was his party's candidate in the 2023 Egyptian presidential election.[2] Yamama had four planks in his electoral program: reforming the economy, legislature, education and securing the country's Nile water rights.[3] He came in last in the election.[4]
