Ardisia solida is a species of plant in the family Primulaceae. It can be found in Malaysia.[1][2] It is a perennial shrub with a maximum height of 4 meters. Originating from the Caribbean, Central America, and South America, it thrives in tropical and subtropical forests.[3]

Appearance[edit]

Ardisia solida's blossom is a white, star-shaped flower comprising five petals. The seed is a petite, shiny, black seed. Seedlings are diminutive, dark green, and exhibit a solitary pair of oval-shaped leaves.[3]

Use[edit]

Ardisia solida is a favored decorative plant, frequently employed in gardens and indoor settings. Additionally, it serves well as a hedge.[3]
