Ariana Ramsey (born 25 March 2000) is an American rugby sevens player. She represented the United States at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics.

Early life

She is from Bridgeport, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.[2] She attended Upper Merion Area High School and Dartmouth College. She started playing rugby in high school, and also competed in athletics, hockey and wrestling, as well as competitive cheerleading.[3][4][5]

Career

She played for the United States women's national rugby sevens team at the delayed 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2021.[6]

She played for the American women's national sevens team at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.[7]
